While we take great care in quality control, packaging, and delivery, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. In such cases, we are happy to assist with returns or refunds under the terms below.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within a reasonable period after receiving the item—typically within 14 days of delivery. In order to qualify for a return, the item must be in new, unused condition and include all original tags, packaging, and accessories. Products that show visible signs of wear, damage, or tampering may not be eligible for return, and https://shellsnug.com reserves the right to determine return eligibility at our sole discretion.

Our team will then provide you with return instructions and, if applicable, a return authorization. Unauthorized returns or returns sent to the wrong address may be refused or not processed.
Once the returned product arrives at our designated return center and is inspected by our team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or sent in error.
Some categories of products are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstance. These include items that have been custom-made or personalized, digital goods or downloads, and certain hygiene-sensitive products once opened. Additionally, gift cards and items purchased during clearance or final sale promotions may not be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you ordered the wrong item and wish to replace it with another, we recommend that you place a new order and proceed to return the original item for a refund, subject to the terms above.
